Withers has an established Italian stagiaire programme, offering Italian law graduates and newly qualified Avvocati the possibility of experiencing work in a London City law firm.
The programme is for a three month period during which time the stagiaire works closely with the Firm's Litigation department. There are also opportunities to work with lawyers in other areas of the firm such as Corporate, Property, Family and Wealth Planning.
Daily tasks vary from assisting in the translation of complex legal documentation to assisting actively in specific cases or liaising with Italian clients or colleagues. Stagiaires are often asked to advise colleagues on certain aspects of Italian law by way of comparison to the English law.
