The recruitment process

 We are no longer accepting applications for training contracts to commence in September 2010. The deadline for 2010 training contract applications  was 31 July 2008.   Our system will be open to  accept applications for 2011 training contracts and 2009 work experience placements with effect from October 2008.

  

Our Minimum Requirements

We welcome applications from all degree disciplines and from applicants at all stages of their career. Applicants are expected to obtain an upper second class degree or higher and a minimum of one A and two Bs at A-Level (or the equivalent if educated outside of the UK).

As well as a keen intellect, you should be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with leadership qualities and have the confidence, maturity and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with a diverse client base. You must have a high degree of determination, flexibility, good humour and commercial acumen.

We are looking to recruit individuals who have a demonstrable flair and aptitude for developing long term client relationships and who can work effectively with support teams on an equal footing to achieve real business success.

The international nature of our practice means that language skills (whilst not essential) can be useful. Our needs stretch across the globe from European languages such as Italian through to Russian, Arabic and Mandarin. Those trainees speaking fluent Italian have the opportunity to spend six months training in our Milan office.
