Salary & benefits

At Law School

We pay full fees for undertaking the CPE/GDL and LPC and provide a maintenance grant of £5,000 for each course.  (Please note that we do not pay these fees if you have already finished the course).

Cash prizes are awarded for the achievement of a Distinction or Commendation in the CPE/GDL and LPC.

We also hold social events to ensure our trainees at Law School get to meet each other and stay up to date with Withers news.

At Withers

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package – current salaries for first and second year trainees are £31,000 and £33,000 respectively, and these are reviewed annually.
