Over your two year training contract we will offer you four training seats, each of six months’ duration. We believe that six months gives you the opportunity to get to grips with the subject and to see some deals or cases from start to finish.
Training seats are allocated following consultation with the trainee to ensure that consideration is given to your career aspirations alongside the firm's business needs. Our ultimate aim is to ensure that you receive a balanced training experience during the the two year period.
