We offer an extensive training program for those embarking on a career as a US qualified attorney. Our associate program is designed to ensure that junior attorneys are given all the help and training they need to develop their legal careers, encouraging the potential to become the partners of the future.
Our formal orientation program for new associates provides an introduction to the major areas of the firm’s practice. To further enhance and refine their legal skills and knowledge base, our associates attend various training sessions and lunch gatherings frequently throughout the year, as well as training seminars and conferences sponsored by professional bar associations. Formal reviews take place regularly and feedback is given on a project-by-project basis.
Each first year associate is assigned a mentor from their practice group. The mentor is on hand to guide the associate through new technical issues faced. We encourage associates to assume responsibility of substantial matters at an early stage in their careers.
