About Julie

Julie joined  Withers’ London office in 2005 after graduating from Sheffield University in Psychology.  Julie is responsible for the recruitment of secretarial and support staff in our London office and gives guidance on recruitment for our Milan and Swiss offices.  Julie is the Firm’s Human Resources Assistant.

What is it like to work for Withers?

Withers can be an exciting and genuinely friendly place to work.  Its size makes it possible to know everyone if not by name, then by face.  Our induction programmes are a fantastic way to get to know both our systems and people from all around the firm.  There are firmwide social events throughout the year including the Christmas Party, Long Service Awards, organised activities and tours around the city as well as ad-hoc departmental socials.

The Firm is very supportive of its employees and offers full and comprehensive benefits packages.  The London building itself is also rather unique; shaped like a pair of trousers with a glass atrium housing a canteen offering a full and varied menu.  There is a strong international presence and with the Firm's ongoing expansion, this is set to continue.

Of course, this is general and for more information on working here, I’d suggest candidates read some of the first hand accounts from some of secretarial and support staff.
