We have recently assisted Vignamaggio's group on the acquisition of a hotel in Chianti. This involved due diligence on the underlying assets and hotel facilities and the negotiation of a Sale and Purchase agreement and a pledge agreement on the target's shares in order to guarantee the transaction until completion

We assisted a private client on drafting and negotiation of an investment agreement with a leading Italian services provider for the hospitality sector. The project will comprise the implementation of a barter system by which food and beverage companies provides goods to hotels and restaurants in exchange of rooms and tables to be sold on an e-platform

We have provided from scratch assistance for the implementation of the whole data privacy program for an innovative and luxury hotel chain set to open its first venue in Milan in 2020.
