Janice is a senior associate in the divorce and family
She trained at Withers and qualified into the family team. She advises on all aspects of matrimonial law including divorce, prenuptial agreements, child care and custody and financial disputes.As a trainee, she sat in the family, wealth planning and was also seconded to the commercial team in London for six months. During her training contract, Janice also had experience in the wealth planning department where she assisted in a wide range of areas including wills and probate, charities and philanthropy, and tax, trust and estate planning for national and international clients.
During her seat in London, she worked on a broad range of UK and international corporate, commercial and banking matters, including joint venture, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. She particularly enjoyed the work she did for the department's luxury brands team.
