Laurén is our US engagement & development manager.
She is the primary resource for associates regarding their professional development, oversees technical training and development initiatives, and manages the staffing process for all junior associates across Withers' US offices.
Prior to joining Withers, Laurén was senior counsel at Oliver Wyman Group. Based in New York, she advised internal clients and leadership in the group's consulting businesses across the Americas. Laurén started her career as a capital markets associate at Linklaters LLP, and spent time in their New York, Madrid and London offices.
