Maria focuses on family law and assists clients with matters related to divorce, child custody and support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, restraining orders, domestic violence, complex financial issues, estate planning, trust and estate disputes, conservatorships and more.
She graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. She also attended and graduated from University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned a Certificate with Distinction in Paralegal Studies. Prior to joining Withers, Maria was a paralegal for an LA-based family law firm.
