Yutaka is a partner in our corporate team based in Singapore.
He has a strong track record of advising Japanese and international clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, real estate development, crisis and misconduct management, and other commercial legal advice across Southeast Asia. Yutaka also regularly advises private equity and venture capital funds on their investments in Southeast Asia.
His clients include investment funds and companies operating in various industries, including real estate, retail, TMT (telecommunications, media and technology), shipping, finance, and food and beverage.
Prior to joining the firm, Yutaka worked for Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (Tokyo and Singapore, Partner since 2019), where he advised Japanese clients on their investments and various corporate legal issues in Southeast Asia.
