We were able to assist our client on both the investor's aspect of the deal, as well as manage all of the reporting, recapitalization, restructuring, equity compensation and other issues for the subject company.Our work with world renown luxury brand designers during acquisitions by larger luxury brands is an example of how our technical excellence combines with our sector-specific knowledge to keep unique, dynamic clients happy and financially well-protected.
We assisted in the sale of a pair of fine home décor manufacturers to a New York-based private equity firm. We helped to structure a complex deal, involving assets in the US, Ireland, England, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia and Canada.
