Chris Priestley, Patrick Hamlin and Meriel Schindler will be speaking on the issues for charities when considering whether or not to terminate a contract on the grounds of alleged breach. The session will cover issues of contract law, issues for charities to consider and also alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation.
There will be an opportunity to discuss the issues raised with the speakers and the rest of our team over a sandwich lunch.
