We know from our work with our clients that effecting change at work is one of the greatest challenges employers face. It is also an intrinsic part of running an organisation in the 21st century, regardless of economic conditions.

This year the Withers LLP employment group annual seminar will help you understand the legal framework surrounding change management. We will explain the law in its practical context, and illustrate its effect on change at work, by considering the four stages in a typical change process:

  • Planning - what needs to be done, when and by whom?
  • Consultation - who needs to be told and when?
  • Implementation - dismissal, reorganisations and renegotiations.
  • The aftermath - heading off claims and dealing with them if they arise.
