Overview

Alessia assists both Italian and foreign companies, public and private, and multinational groups on all aspects of general corporate and commercial law, including company incorporation, joint venture agreements, establishment of branches, assistance to company boards in fulfilling corporate governance duties and in relation to shareholders' meetings and shareholders' agreements.

She regularly advises on corporate transactions such as acquisition/sale of companies, mergers, de-mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and reorganisation.

She also assists clients with their financial requirements with a view to strengthening their capital structure either by recourse to capital markets or identifying suitable corporate finance instruments.

• Advising U.K. asset management company in the divestiture of its majority stake in an Italian financial institution
