Andrew is experienced in all aspects of international corporate and UK domestic corporate tax (both direct and indirect). He has advised companies in the states of the former Soviet Union on their group structure prior to an IPO or trade sale.

He has extensive experience of various industry sectors including specifically telecoms, transport, oil and gas, mining and real estate.
