Andrew is an employment lawyer, advising both employers and employees.
He advises employer clients (including in the financial services and hotel sectors) on a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including grievance, disciplinary & redundancy processes and drafting contractual documentation. Andrew has extensive experience defending Tribunal proceedings.
Andrew regularly advises senior executives on strategically complex exit negotiations and negotiating service agreements.
