Overview
Ben advises on corporate finance, joint ventures, capital markets (AIM and main market), private equity and all aspects of general business and company law. Ben recently acted on the sale of QPR football club by the majority shareholders to Tony Fernandes's Tune Group.
Ben has acted on M&A transactions with values of up to $1bn and has worked on over 40 floats and capital raisings on the Main Market, AIM and PLUS and has a growing reputation for acting on transactions in Kazakhstan and other CIS countries.
