Chaya practices primarily in the area of complex contract and commercial litigation, with a focus on business torts, employment matters, securities litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She has also been involved in conducting internal corporate investigations. She represents individual and corporate clients in civil, regulatory, and securities matters, in federal and state courts, at the trial and appellate level.
Chaya is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
