Overview

Chris is a refugee from a small city practice where he was a partner for 15 years. He focuses on advising on all aspects of probate and succession, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and elderly client matters.

Highlights

Chris has spent a lot of time considering IHT exemptions, particularly gifts out of income. He also specialises in the resealings of ‘colonial’ probates.

  • Chris has lectured widely on LPAs and on Incapable Trustees in places as far flung as Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff and, of course, London.
