Yee Hoong joined Withersworldwide in 2015, following the Formal Law Alliance between Withers and Singapore law firm KhattarWong LLP, and has practised tax law since 2005. She advises on Singapore income tax, stamp duties and goods services tax; and the application of tax treaties and tax residence requirements. She also represents companies and individuals in challenging the revenue authority’s tax assessments, reducing tax assessed and obtaining tax refund/favourable outcome for clients.

Yee Hoong also advises professionals and high net worth individuals moving to Singapore for work, business & living on tax, migration and business set-up. She also acts for clients in applying for grant of representation in the Singapore courts and in the administration of estates.
