Overview

Claire specialises in employment law, acting for both employers and employees.   • Acting for the UK subsidiary of an Italian company claiming against an ex-employee/director who had diverted business to a competitor during her employment (in breach of fiduciary duties) and who was in breach of post-termination restrictions.
