Overview

Claire advises employers and senior executives on all aspects of employment law including negotiating and drafting employment documentation and advising on discrimination claims, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants and contractual disputes.

She regularly advises Italian companies, their UK subsidiaries and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Claire also has a commercial litigation practice focusing on minority shareholder and partnership disputes.
