Overview

Claire specialises in employment law, acting for both employers and employees. She regularly advises on unfair dismissal, sex, race, disability and age discrimination, whistleblowing, post termination restrictions, contractual issues and severance packages. She also advises on non-contentious matters and drafts employment documents.
