Overview

Ed advises U.S. and multi-national individuals making domestic and international investment and succession planning decisions.  In addition to providing domestic and international estate planning advice, Ed has extensive experience advising individuals and private groups investing or migrating into or out of the United States.  Ed also advises U.S. beneficiaries of foreign trusts and foundations, as well as fiduciaries managing structures for the benefit of U.S. persons.

Ed is admitted to the United States Court of Federal Claims.
