Overview
Emma acts for individuals, institutions and charities in relation to all aspects of contentious trust and succession (domestic and international) and to Court of Protection matters.
She advises on issues ranging from challenges to the validity of wills, issues of construction and rectification, constructive trust and proprietary estoppel claims and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, through to disputes relating to trusts and conflict of law issues.
During her training contract, Emma spent six months working in the Milan office.
