Gabriel advises on cross border mergers and acquisitions, with specific focus on Italian, US and Latin American transactions, and international capital markets, with specific focus on Italian issuer and underwriter representation in both debt and equity offerings.
Gabriel also focuses on assisting Italian and other European issuers list on AIM, the alternative investment market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
Gabriel regularly participates as a speaker at corporate finance events. Recently, Gabriel spoke at the AIM listing conferences in Madrid and Barcelona organised by BDO Stoy Hayward and the London Stock Exchange plc that discussed listing on AIM for Spanish companies. The Madrid conference was the first ever AIM event in Spain in that the London Stock Exchange participated in.
