Gill has experience in all aspects of family law and especially the financial ramifications of what happens when an international family with complicated financial structures around the world comes to grief.
Gill typically handles, in parallel, disputes relating to children to include the permission for/refusal of permanent removal from this jurisdiction to another.
Gill represented Sir Martin Sorrell who fought to move away from a 50/50 division of the marital resources and achieved a 60:40 division in his favour.
Gill has been featured in numerous press pieces; contributed to articles in specialist publications and spoken on Family Law subjects.

For the last 8 years Gill has headed up the Family Law Team. She has recently stepped down to concentrate on client work.
