Henry heads the residential real estate team at Withers LLP. He focuses on residential real estate transactions for UK and international people and institutions and gives related tax and structuring advice.
Henry deals with property in England and Wales and manages property purchases in other jurisdictions. It is not uncommon for transactions to have clients, funders and properties in different jurisdictions and for holding structures to be complex.

Henry is a consulting editor to Volumes 36 and 37 of Butterworths Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents and contributed to the 2002 edition of Kelly’s Draftsman. He is a regular writer on real estate matters for the UK press.
