Overview

Jeremy is the co-chair of US Litigation and also heads the firm's Fiduciary Litigation and Risk Management practice group.  He practices in the area of complex litigation (fiduciary, trust, commercial, business [tort and contract], probate, unfair trade practice, employment) in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels.  

In a non-litigation context, Jeremy advises directors, officers, shareholders, trustees, beneficiaries and investors on fiduciary issues and conduct.  He also advises employers and senior executives on termination issues, confidentiality and non-competition issues, discrimination claims and other employment issues.  In addition, he advises businesses on a wide variety of issues.
