Overview

Justin's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, secured and unsecured lending, executive employment and compensation and business succession planning. 

Justin's clients range from publicly traded companies to family and closely-held businesses, entrepreneurs and charitable organizations.  

Justin is a member of a number of Withers' multi-disciplinary special interest practice groups, including Family Office & Family Business, Retail Brands, Family Business Succession and Charities & Philanthropy.
