Katharine advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, financial claims, cohabitation and children. She has particular experience in cases with complex financial issues, including those with an international aspect or involving offshore assets and trusts.

  • Acting for the Husband in the case of Charman v Charman.
  • Acting for a client on the dissolution of his marriage to his husband in Canada, which was recognised as a Civil Partnership in England and Wales.

Katharine is co-author of Family Law's ‘Civil Partnership the New Law' and she is co-author of a chapter on trusts & divorce in Tolley's Administration of Trusts. She has also contributed to Jordans 'A Practical Guide to International Family Law' (forthcoming) and speaks regularly at conferences on Family Law.
