Luigi is a corporate and tax lawyer focusing on domestic and international corporate, M&A, capital markets and private equity transactions.
He regularly advises Italian and foreign clients in connection with corporate restructuring and reorganization as well as with tax efficient solutions for business investments in Italy or cross-border.
Luigi is massively involved in the firm's commercial practice dealing, on a daily basis, with contracts management and legal drafting for all kind of business organizations.
Luigi has a particular expertise in using trusts to structure and preserve the personal and family assets of entrepreneurs.
As well as being a qualified lawyer Luigi was admitted to the Milan Tax counsel register ("Albo dei dottori commercialisti") in 2001 and to the Italian Public Chartered accountants register (Albo Revisori dei Conti) in 2005. He is also on the statutory auditing boards “Collegi Sindacali” and “Organismi di Vigilanza” of numerous Italian companies.

- Appointed as Counsel for Italian operations by one of the largest U.S. aerospace companies and in such capacity advising on all legal aspects of their day-today business.

Luigi regularly lectures at the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti di Milano on legal issues as well as at the Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano on tax matters.
He is also a lecturer at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School Master Programme on Business Administration.

On a personal note
Luigi enjoys mountain climbing and deep sea diving.
