Overview

Luigi is a corporate and tax lawyer focusing on domestic and international corporate, M&A, capital markets and private equity transactions.

He regularly advises Italian and foreign clients in connection with corporate restructuring and reorganization as well as with tax efficient solutions for business investments in Italy or cross-border.

Luigi is massively involved in the firm's commercial practice dealing, on a daily basis, with contracts management and legal drafting for all kind of business organizations.

As well as being a qualified lawyer Luigi was admitted to the Milan Tax counsel register ("Albo dei dottori commercialisti") in 2001 and to the Italian Public Chartered accountants register (Albo Revisori dei Conti) in 2005.
