Marcus advises, husbands, wives, and unmarried partners, as well as representing trustees in international trust cases.
He is listed as an expert in Legal Business’ “Legal experts” and as a leader in the field in “Chambers” directory where he was described as being “tough but full of integrity”. He has a variety of very substantial clients, increasingly with a high public profile.
Marcus regularly lectures on family law issues, writes articles in the national press and legal periodicals and is a frequent commentator on national and international TV news programmes.
He wrote the Freezing Injunctions and Search Orders chapter in the Resolution book, “International Aspects of family Law”.
