Margaret's practice focuses on commercial litigation, especially fraud and asset tracing, and employment, particularly board room disputes and discrimination claims.
Margaret became Head of Litigation in 1992. She was the firm's Strategy Partner from 2000 and steered it through its merger and conversion to LLP status in 2002 when she became Joint Managing Director, overseeing the opening of 5 further offices. In 2007 she became sole Managing Director.
