Highlights

Melissa’s trial experience includes successfully representing an international horse owner in relation to a groundbreaking claim by her show jumper, where it was held that he was self-employed and not her employee.

Publications and speaking engagements

Melissa writes articles on employment law issues for the press, including Personnel Today, HR Zone, The Evening Standard and the Solicitors Journal. She has also appeared in two training programmes for Legal Network Television. Melissa chaired the Withers seminar for the Barcelona Bar Association’s first group visit to London.

On a personal note
