Penelope focuses on estate planning for private clients in both the UK domestic and international arena. She is based in the London office after spending three years in the US where she was based in Withers’ New Haven office and spent time in the New York office.
Penelope advises US families with UK interests and UK families living in the US. She also advised in the broader international planning context, particularly in connection with private trust company structures within and outside the US.
Penelope has been involved in the development of the firm’s Latin American practice and has worked closely with several high profile Latin American families in connection with the structuring of their offshore assets.
Penelope now heads the International Wealth Planning team in London.

She has had articles published in various journals.
Penelope enjoys gardening, singing and helping with various youth groups.
