Peter advises employers and senior executives on all aspects of employment law, especially in relation to exiting senior executives. Peter's work includes negotiating and drafting employment documentation and advising on discrimination claims, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, TUPE, redundancy programmes and contractual disputes.
Peter has a particular interest in advising upon the conduct of internal investigations, from both an employer's and employee's perspective, and has recently completed a substantial internal investigation for a well known multinational educational organisation.
Peter also advises upon employment issues with a regulatory aspect (whether related to the Financial Services Authority or otherwise).
