Phineas works in the family and business division of the wealth planning team. His main area of expertise is advising both domestic and international individuals and families on their succession and tax planning using wills, trusts and other structures.
Phineas advises private clients on UK and international tax and trust issues and acts for trustees in relation to the creation, management, and tax treatment of their trusts.
Phineas also advises UK charities on the recovery and administration of cross-border legacies as well as the international tax issues that arise from such charitable legacies.
In September 2015, Phineas was named as one of eprivateclient’s top 35 private client professionals under the age of 35.
