Richard advises on corporate and commercial matters for domestic and international companies. He has particular experience in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets (in particular, AIM) and corporate finance, as well as all types of commercial contracts and joint ventures.
Richard was involved in the establishment of the firm's Milan office, where he spent over 4 years. As a result, much of his work is for Italian multinationals.

Richard has spoken at a number of seminars on AIM with representatives of the LSE, including seminars in Italy and Switzerland.
He enjoys cooking, collecting art and hill walking in his native north of England.
