Tax and estate planning for high net worth international and domestic individuals; considerable experience in the development of wealth management structures for international families; U.S. income and transfer tax rules affecting non-U.S. residents with U.S. income and/or assets, and U.S. residents with foreign (non-U.S.) income or assets; rules applicable to income taxation of complex non-U.S. trusts and their beneficiaries; the U.S. antideferral regimes relevant to U.S. shareholders of foreign (non-U.S.) corporations; and preimmigration and expatriation tax planning.
