Withers Studio Legale

Sergio Anania is a partner in the corporate department and is based in the Milan office.

He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and banking, and restructuring with a particular expertise on cross-border transactions.

Sergio advises Italian and multinational companies and banks on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, consolidations, and other corporate finance transactions.

Recently, Sergio has also been involved in a number of debt restructuring transactions advising both pools of banks and borrowers.
