Stacy advises high-net-worth clients on estate planning and wealth protection. She helps structure cross-border investments and assists family offices on establishment, tax and regulatory matters.

Stacy offers a unique perspective on wealth planning as she has experience not only as a legal advisor but also as a client advisor from within a private bank. Stacy was previously a Managing Director in one of the top global private banks and as a Managing Director for the bank’s wealth advisory team, she advised HNW clients on succession planning and wealth structuring. Prior to that, Stacy was a Tax & Private Client partner in the largest full service law firm in Southeast Asia. In that role, she assisted her clients with all aspects of tax planning, structuring and litigation for both personal matters and corporate transactions. Stacy represented clients successfully in taxation matters before the Income Tax Board of Review and up to the Singapore Court of Appeal.

Besides helping clients set up family foundations and philanthropic trusts and ventures, Stacy also acts for charities, non-profit organizations and trade associations on tax, regulatory and compliance matters and she has served as charity trustees for charitable foundations.  

Stacy’s knowledge of the legal landscape and also her experience in the private banking industry put her in a good position to develop a bespoke and functional solution for each client.  

She is also a regular speaker at international conferences.  

Recently, she has been listed in the 2016 IFC Powerwomen Top 200 by Citywealth.
