Overview

Suzanne gives advice on the full range of topics which arise on the breakdown of a relationship including financial implications, often with an international element. She is experienced in private law children disputes including dealing with residence, contact and leave to remove a child from the jurisdiction.

Her clients are mainly high net worth individuals or their spouses/partners. Other aspects of her work include drafting pre-nuptial agreements and dealing with the breakdown of relationships between cohabitees.  

Suzanne is a practitioner of Collaborative Law.

Publications and speaking engagements

  • Speaker at the Withers Conference in Lugano (July 2006) on Trusts and Divorce (in Italian).
  • Regular contributor to the legal press including TELTJ and AIAF (the Italian Family Law Journal)

  • Resolution - Suzanne has just been re-elected to the London Resolution Committee (for a further 3 years) and holds the position of Treasurer
