We have varied experience that includes syndicated loans, multiple draw down, multi-currency options, revolving credit facilities, guarantee facility agreement, pre-delivery and post-delivery financing and re-flagging fleets and vessels from various jurisdictions. We negotiate terms for the acquisition and disposal of assets. We draft loan and security documentation, and advise on dry and wet leases, bareboat and time charters. We also advise on sophisticated structures in the acquisition and leasing of corporate jets including fractional ownership schemes and the public transport issues which arise in relation to their operation.

We guide clients on tax issues, insolvency, and the role of inter-bank lending in the financing of ships and aircraft and are experienced in acting for private clients purchasing aircraft, yachts and other luxury property.
