We have acted on over 30 AIM capital raisings and IPOs in recent years.  We regularly act on AIM IPOs and fundraisings as counsel either to the company or to the Nominated Adviser (NOMAD), and also work on takeovers of AIM companies and transactional work for AIM companies, so we are intimately aware of the key issues in this market.

With the participation of the London Stock Exchange, we have co-chaired AIM seminars in Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Greece and the US.
