Private equity

Our team brings practical experience to all types of private equity transactions, both domestic and international. Most private equity investments mark the beginning of a new set of relationships, and we work with our clients to protect their interests in light of changing circumstances. The firm's international focus has allowed us to understand and advise on the issues likely to arise in the course of cross-border private equity deals. Indeed, much of our work, and our client base, is international in nature. We have considerable experience in transatlantic investments, and especially in advising US, UK and Italian clients.

We work with private equity firms (for whom we also advise on the setting up of new funds), entrepreneurs, family offices, management teams and business owners looking to raise investment capital.
