Our employment team supports and advises clients throughout the evolution of their businesses, including internal restructuring, mergers or takeovers.

We take a hands-on approach, working closely with the client's senior management and HR professionals as well as with our colleagues in our corporate, tax and dedicated sector teams. Our advice extends to helping to plan and manage employee transfers between different business entities, boardroom restructuring, changes to terms and conditions of employment and collective redundancies.

In the UK, we also advise regularly on the implications of the TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)) Regulations.
