Our insolvency team regularly handles all aspects of company administrations, including ‘pre-pack’ administrations, and advises on a wide range of restructuring and rescue options for companies in difficulties.

Working closely with administrators appointed by the court, floating charge holders, the company or its directors, we strive to find optimum solutions to each situation.

We have built up strong relationships with a number of large accountancy firms and insolvency practitioners, who themselves have both UK and international offices. We receive regular instructions from both top five and middle tier firms of insolvency practitioners, as well as smaller firms, regarding a broad range of companies of different types and sizes.

These close working relationships enable us to provide a comprehensive service at an appropriate level for whatever level of engagement is required. In addition our team carries out a significant amount of international insolvency work and often acts on behalf of foreign insolvency practitioners.
