Our insolvency team has acquired a great deal of practical experience in advising on personal insolvency and its solutions, including bankruptcy and individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs).

In particular, we help creditor clients to maximize the recovery of debts due to them from individuals who are close to insolvency or already insolvent. We regularly supervise the setting up of IVAs, and advise Trustees in Bankruptcy on issues relevant to the bankrupt’s estate. 

Our clients also include private individuals based both within England and Wales and internationally, and often from an entrepreneurial or professional background; we also act for Trustees in Bankruptcy and insolvency practitioners generally.
