• Acting for the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux in a high-profile case, assisting with the discharge of a High Court injunction and negotiating with the Charity Commission in connection with serious governance issues affecting one of its London branches. 
• Successfully defended the RSPCA's entitlement to a legacy in favour of an unincorporated charity which had ceased to operate by the time of the testatrix's death but for which the RSPCA had taken on responsibility shortly afterwards.
• Advising multiple charitable beneficiaries under the last will of the deceased in response to a challenge to that will based on allegations of lack of capacity, lack of knowledge and approval, and undue influence.
• Secured six figure compensation for five charitable residuary beneficiaries where solicitors had failed to secure share in future planning value.
• Successfully defended charity's entitlement to the residuary estate in response to an adult child 1975 Act claim in the Hereford County Court.
• Mediated a dispute on behalf of national charities in a widow's 1975 Act claim issued in the Bournemouth County Court.
• Mediated a dispute on behalf of two national charities involving a challenge to the validity of a will executed just before death which deprived them of a major estate and recovery of assets allegedly transferred out of the estate pre death.
